Want to develop a geo domain

I have a geo domain (New Jersey city) and Im looking for someone to develop it.

I am ok if using a premade script. I just dont want just a script installation. You will need to deliver a running site with info, ads, images, etc.

The site should include classifieds, jobs, real estate, galler, etc.
