Help to develop my sites

Hi,

I am new in this business and need a little help.
I am owner of few quite good domains like:
betsonline.eu
casinosgames.eu
travelseurope.eu
musictodownload.eu
bdsmworld.eu
girlsoncall.eu
etc.

I do not want to sell them. I would like to develop them to AdSense or Affiliate sites.
But I am not a programmer or designer (and do not have too much time or money .
Can anybody advice me what to do? How much will it cost to develop one site to AdSense or Affiliate?

Best Choice Joomla CMS

I have made quite a few websites with the Joomla CMS. They have a very nice article based content system. User can easily upload and edit/delete their own articles, which are published only when admin decides it. I will be able to use one of many high tech css based templates, depending on how you want the layout of the site to look. Also, there are great user systems which integrate users logins with chat rooms, forums, photo galleries, and many more. If your still looking my question would be why would you hire someone that would install a bland prebuild forum/ cms when you could have someone that can make them from scratch
