Want to create a website for my company. Need Help!!!

I am working in an advertising company and I want to establish a website for my company. I am little bit nervous about fake companies which take money early and not complete your work at time. Anyone please suggest me any company which can make a website for me and ask for the money after the completion of the work.

Have PMed you - basically you'd be looking for a company who are happy to online take a small (20-40%) deposit, to minimise your risk.

Choose one off Guru.com – Find Freelancers, Professionals, and Contract Workers for Hire. I'm a Graphic Designer and Web Designer myself, however I only provide basic HTML coding. I hired someone off guru.com and he didn't ask me for anything up front which was surprising to me. But most of the times he does and 99% of designers do ask for deposits including myself.
