I can help if you have $4k+ to buy websites but not sure how to find good, quality sites. For me, majority of the websites (more than 99%) are not worth to buy. I will search online marketplaces to find good websites for our business partnership. It's really tough process that needs great efforts, careful assessments and patience. I work manually, don't use tools to automate something. When I found a good site I will show you where it's listed for sale. You will pay and buy it. If you are a complete newbie, it's ok. I will teach you everything you will need. We will try to buy quality profitable websites. I will manage and optimize those sites. I am good at optimizing and appraising of websites. We can run those websites or sell for profit. I don't recommend to sell a profitable website unless you need cash. Probably that's why it's difficult to find good websites to buy. But if you wish you can sell for quick cash. I will not try to stop you when you want to sell. The main point of our business will be to buy websites for cheaper than real market value and raise their revenue. Some quality websites are sold for cheap. Because some owners are unaware the revenue potential, some of them need cash urgently, some of them make mistakes when listing their websites for sale. There are too many websites, sellers and buyers. This is a quite big business. My profit-revenue share will be 40% or $20k per website (whichever amount is smaller). In other words, if we make $200k revenue from a website, I will be happy to take $20k = 10%. Our partnership ends when I take $20k revenue share from a single website. After the end of partnership on a particular website, we can negotiate if you want me to continue to manage that website. You will pay me my share as soon as you receive payment from the buyer or payment from advertisement companies like adsense, amazon, etc. You can send me my share once a month if we use more than 1 ad network to monetize the website, or if we have more than 1 website. You will not pay me anything if you don't actually receive a payment. You will pay the expenses as the investor. Before sharing the profit/revenue, we will deduct these expenses: hosting expenses when running the websites and expenses when selling the websites (marketplace expenses, acquirement costs of websites). As we do in the revenue sharing, we will deduct the expenses you actually paid. Hosting cost will raise when the website traffic raises. But it will not be higher than the monhtly revenue. I can manage web servers when the website needs a dedicated server. We will rent a server when needed. So theoritically there is no limit that can prevent our business to be bigger and bigger. I don't have time for cheap websites. For better and more meaningful results for you and for me, I have to require $4k as the minimum investment. Depending on market conditions, we will always try to buy less number of websites with your budget. We need quality, not quantity. Higher priced websites are more profitable with less effort. I will not guarantee a particular profit. Most websites are sold for 12-36 months revenue. Typical profit must be 1/36 - 1/12 per month. But it's affected by many factors. The most critical factor is the volume of website traffic. It must be consistent, must not drop suddenly after buying a website. A buyer must have enough level of expertise to evaluate this risk. If we make loss we will share the loss as we will share the profit. So my loss share will be 40% or $20k (whichever is smaller). I will not require you to sign a written paper. To start, I need to know your budget and your minimum profit expectation that will make you happy. I hope I can find a good site in 1-2 weeks after the start. You should recieve the first payment from advertisement networks in 1-2 months from now. If you will sell the websites for quick turnaround, the whole buy-sell cycle can take 7-8 months from now. The first 6 months must be passed to see the growth in revenue and the actual selling process can take 1 month, sometimes longer. In this business you can't be rich in one night. For years, I was thinking more websites must bring more profit. When I look at the long term, I made profit in total. I don't mean I will always make profit. Loss is always possible if you are doing business. Please be aware of risk of loss before doing any business. You can not control everything. Only one thing that is out of your control can cause loss or can drop your profits. Also we are human, sometimes I might forget a factor I control and this happened before. I am more careful but it can happen again. Algorithm updates of search engines and invention of the current famous social media sites lowered the old profits.
