VPSByte.com - Website dysfunctional...? Looking for VPS/Dedi host.

So um, I've been watching www.vpsbyte.com for the past few weeks (about daily) since I plan on launching a hosting backend using their service.

However, I've noticed their site returned a few "Could Not Connect to Server" errors (maybe 5?) and some Internal Config Errors.

For the past few days, too, I've also been trying to view their cPanel VPS plans, but clicking on any link loads the new URL but still shows the homepage. (Several people on my contact list have confirmed this anomaly)

Another look shows their SUPPORT links to be down.

I think I'm going to need a new VPS and Dedi supplier soon because of this... Look 'round in the Web Hosting Request section if you want to offer me some; DON'T PM ME.

Matt, just a suggestion, but take a look at http://www.virpus.com/ - we used them in the past to experiment with DirectAdmin and ran a couple live websites. They did well. They had one period of an hour or two worth of downtime due to some network issue but they've been stellar. They're worth a look IMHO.

At this time we are waiting on our web developer to finish up our new version of the site (we did not expect it to take this long, trust me). Not sure about the "could not connect to server" errors, but I will definitely take a look into that. If you have any questions about our services, feel free to PM me or give us a call.

I must admit, I get the same errors on you're site a lot Camron. At least twice during any visit....usually a lot more. Its not a site issue either by the looks of it....looks like Apache and/or dns configuration issues.

Camron, if your site can be back up by the middle of this week (Wed. maybe) and functioning properly, (MAYBE even the end of this week), and you're 100% sure it'll be good to go and ready for customers, you may still have my purchase... seems to be one of the better solutions out there. But I'm just hoping you guys can offer my soon-to-be-company superb uptime and support.

These issues may be showing up since we just recently switched over to lighttpd & hostinabox, however I have not seen it happen once myself.

Definitely, we are in the stage of editing up the site & content. We will be launching new packages and services with the new design as well.
