I need a VPS/Dedi host - Specific requirements.

After VPSByte.com's recent site (lack of-) performance, I've decided in this thread that they may not be the most reliable host as far as performance and general info goes.

So... here's what I'll be needing by April 5, 2007:

- cPanel VPS plan, preferably custom, under $45 or $50 USD/mo, free or very low setup.

- United States please Sorry, forgot to add this earlier.

- Must be from a host with an exceptional website and record: fast and helpful support, secure connections and network, etc.

- Must be from a host which only offers VPS/Dedicated/Colocation services please... not from one that also sells shared and reseller hosting packages.

- The host must be able to upgrade my VPS plans quickly and even upgrade my VPS plan to a dedicated someday - and quickly and seamlessly.

Hope that's not too much to ask for

Hm, well still; I'm a developer and I know I can redesign sites without taking website support offline. I'm not too happy with VPSByte in that sense...
