The estimates should hopefully be up tomorrow. Waiting on our upstream ad provider to give us one more piece of information.

if I can ask.. when you say you pay extra to get whitelisted, but sometoimes it may still fail.. am I to understand in the cases where it does fail, the customer is only prevented from seeing ads.. but still sees the sale banner on top.. or its like the whole page that's not there.. or not loading..

is there a general rule here?

@alcy, correct. If you have something like adblock plus and you pull up one of our domains, the ads will show, because we pay to be whitelisted by them. But if you use I think Ghostery, and pull up one of your domains it will not show the ads because they don't have a whitelisting option.

As far as what you see if the ads are blocked, basically the header, which includes the for sale banner.

Check, Direct Deposit, and Wires were paid on Friday. PayPal because of an issue with PayPal on their side has not been paid yet, we are hoping that it will be paid on Monday.

Whichever one the system tells you to fill out. If you are a US resident, you have to have a social security number, so just fill everything out.

Unfortunately, I don't have a social security number. I'm currently a college student here, and I will leave the US when I graduate in around six months. The system tells me to fill W-9, but I don't have SSN, nor do I have EIN.

US law requires that you must have a Social or a EIN for us to pay you. Your only other option would be to change your information to your home address and then you can go from there.
