How is this possible? Voiptel .eu is up for sale already at SEDO but if you do a availability check on Voiptel.eu on any .eu availability checker you will see that it is still available for the Landrush registration.

It's not possisble - any name that isn't registered and approved with EurID is 100% up for grabs by any of the EU 800 registrars out there... that guy is completely chancing it, anyone else could go for that domain with a different registrar and have a decent chance of getting it as well!
Very interesting. He must have applied during Sunrise 1 or 2 to get the name and he would have had to produce credentials such as TM rights and company name ect. So obviously those details were abused as he had no intention of using the name for his so-called business. Instead he was in such a rush that he immediately put up the name for sale at SEDO the instant he got it. Almost immoral.
I have read reports on other forums of wholesale fraudulent applications for generic and other names being accepted by Eurid or their appointed agents.
Nice scams going on already.
Ps. I thought that generic names are very difficult to get a TM on in most cases.
I thought the same before the .eu Sunrise Period 1
It's a shame what's going on now with the .eu... and wait and see: It's only the beginning... I know that something else is happening, maybe much bigger than the Sunrise TM Scam, but I'm not sure of it so...
