I don't want to burst your bubble but don't get your hopes up. BuyDomains is the worst company around when it comes to customer service. We've had our share of problems with them when we clicked the "Buy Now" buttons on one of their listed domains. They never responded to ANY of our inquiries.

Also, when they drop domains, they don't update their data base, so they may not even own the name that you bought.

I will say I have purchased a few domains from BuyDomains - and I agree, not the best customer service - My problems have always been resolved.

I just purchased a domain for a client with Vito at BuyDomains and he was always very responsive to my questions...
