I have just regged this one today. So please tell me what do you think what could be the price?

Microsoft has a TM for the word Vista. Do a search here for "TM issues". Imho, the reality is this name is only worth a lawsuit, so less than reg fee.

Yea they dont have tm for vista. But name worths $0 imo

If the words Microsoft appear anywhere on your domain you will have a TM issue within a heart beat and MS has deep pockets for issues such as these.

Hmm, didnt think about possible legal issues .net was already taken, so I was like why not to take .com...On that list that hyped posted really says that "Windows Vista" is trademark, not just "Vista"...So can someone with some similar experience confirm that I am not going to have problems with this one?

You definately could not use it as a website offering vista upgrades. That spells trouble IMO.

Try and sell it for couple of hundred and see how you go, although im rather sketchy on the idea of offloading it to someone else. But if you drop it some mug will rereg it, so try sell it to the mug anyway i guess. :bingo:
