It sounds funny to me, and it has almost no exact searches for it. With that said, developed into some type of statistical/ factual data from the year it could fetch low to mid $xxx, undeveloped reg fee to mid $ xx.

Just my thoughts, good luck with it though

I never found such a big number of results in google search..

Yes indeed, developping the domain will make it worth better.. I believe it can generate good traffic.. cause everything on the web is a data..

..to get the number of results for two consecutive words (or any number of words in a certain order i.e. a phrase) you need to put those words in quotes when performing your search
otherwise you get all pages where both words co-exist in no particular order/distance

..notice the usage of the searched phrase too


to me the name does not make any sense anyway..

Sorry, see no value to datayear.com, wouldn't pay a dollar for it or want it in my portfolio. Term receives 10 monthly searches so is a completely unusable term traffic-wise. As a brandable it has no clear meaning, you'd have to twist your brain into a pretzel to try figure out a use for it, which means you're not going to interest any end users in buying it either. If OVH gives refunds, ask them to delete it.

When regging domain names, you either want a very attractive brandable word or phrase, or a domain that has very clear USAGE to an end user. For the latter, you need to type the word/phrase into a search engine and see just how many buyers you think would realistically use such a domain. I type in 'data year' and see zero buyers because no one is using the term organically, rather it is being used incidentally as parts of sentences (like "...your financial data, year-end tax tips...").

Kill this domain; reg ones that make clear sense.
