domain Visitors.info. Your Appraisals Please

Hi Dear,

I have very limited expereince on INFO domains investment. But I do like this one when I found it is for sale and picked it immediately.

Looks it is a nice domain to be developed as a rich information site for visitors / travellers...

What is your idea on this?

The Visitors.info is A+ and rare domain. Keyword "Visitors" and exact searches are 2,740,000/month, think domainer value is $x,xxx but sometimes i saw that many info domains sold for huge price. End user can buy it for $x,xxx-$xx,xxx. Good luck with this domains.

I personally like the .info extension.

But from my past experience with sales, even with good keywords has not been great.

Marketing the extension to end-users is a very challenging issue, and selling to a re-seller is just the same.

If you had the singular version (Visitor) I feel that you would have a decent shot to market the name and possibly pull a profit with the right angle.

But unfortunately you have the plural and I feel you will be fighting an uphill battle with this one.

Re-seller = Low $xx

End-user = Maybe low $xxx (if you can find that needle in the haystack).

Because of the extension, I don't see it breaking the $,$$$ barrier
but still a nice domain to develop

"Visitors" receives 27,100 exact searches.

You were only off by 2,713,000.

Just because I dont see much value in the name IMO, does not take away from the development potential.

And that development is what would bring out the true value.

It would be a nice developed domain IMO. Maybe housing visitor's guides to various places or destinations. Maybe even do some affiliate work with travel agencies or something.
