Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

I think as long as you have some VR names in the adult sector then you will do very well regardless of length!

I was just pointing out that vrbj will always be worth way more than vrblowjob and sell way faster

but it's great news! if you find right buyer you might beat vrxxx .. it all depends on who you get.

On the good ones like alcy said it all depends who you get as a buyer mate.

well.. the intresting thing to note is that there will be a few years before it will (or will not) become literal reality. so as time passes, and vr domains become more scarce, the price will increase on market. whether or not vr becomes big one day.

in same way that prices have increased thus far. vrxxx worth $200 couple years back (or whatever it was back then), and now worth 10k. see the trend? vrxxx worth 10k even though vr has not made it yet.

so vrxxx may be worth 50k in 3 years... but still independant of whether vr makes it one day or not.

so maybe the way to make some money off vr domains is not really when vr makes it, but before it makes it.

or as edgar poe would say .. all that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream

What about if there will be a dot VR domain extension, and not just a ccTLD but a serious one. What I can imagine easily becouse I'm pretty sure that VR will be as revolutionary as the internet was itself. That could influence the values of the VR dot coms, doesn't it? (obviously if that's happen we will be ready )

I was just pointing out to op and his concern what happens if vr never makes it.. that there is still a period during which it is possible to make some profit off vr domains.. before the final future of vr is decided.

in the same way and the same type of period, during which it was possible for vrxxx to make profit and some other names so far.
