Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Don't bother.. VR is one of the evergreen niches which have been regged to death from Newbie's to Pro's.. better try your luck snatching some valuable keywords in the Aftermarket from someone who has bitten off more than he can swallow

All my names are hand reg'd - never buy aftermarket as you get scalped most of the time and have to chase the cash when you price.

Yes, you are correct. A few months back there was some really nice VR domains left. Now though it is like finding gold amongst the sand, but there is still a chance

My last VR domain registered was something like 2 months ago (and only one because a new VR product was released), after that probably december was my last registered and I still consider them "decent" not good, if you wanted good domains you should get started registering VR domains between the last quarter of 2013 and first quarter of 2014.

Best to search on the aftermarket sedo/afternic for VR names.

just curious.. has not been that long since I put up my stuff at auction sites.. but from your experience, does it make big diff if I put actual thought out min prices and buynows? right now I left it all at default (so like 1$ for flippa) and no buynows.. til I get around to it all.. I read in many places.. it makes huge diff..
is this true or myth?

True. I noticed that. The opposite, "vrenlightened.com", is available too. It actually sounds like "we are enlightened" haha. I think it makes less sense overall though.
