Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Well that's my point in a way "V" as in Virtual has been around for years. "VR" has only started to liven up in the last few months. Everyone has their own opinion, so you're not wrong, and neither am I. If I had to choose I would to take both.

From a keyword search perceptive I think there will a lot more searches for 'vr keyword' than for 'v keyword' e.g. "vr porn" than "v porn".

I could be wrong but time will tell.

I was not talking about that.. to not go mad here .. I just tried to differentiate between 2 genres...

VR + keyword starting with R
VR + keyword not startign with R

as in: is registering VRelationships = VRRelationships (in meaning)..

then the 3rd genre being:

inserting VIRTUAL before keyword

if we now talk abotu domains that start with V only like Vporn

then we'll all literally go mad.. and broke. lol

so for me, I'm sticking to VR + VIRTUAL only.

but you all do what you want of course

but I'm still stayign away from just V in front of my stuff. unless it's followed by keyword starting with R... like VRelationship.. picked up last nite.

so I think we can be confident in our investment. as long as its half decent.. you get 12 motnhs to recover your $8 investment. I mean how bad or hard can that be.
