Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I was checking some VR dot com names for end users. VRparadise leads to real product. It's not a virtual island in the pacific or caribbean though.:)

Those virtual sales aren't likely vr related... Except for the non-English one.

maybe no
you gotta wait for sites to know hahah

any shit possible in this world... like your mega favorite 45 figure worth domain ARGAMES..io now redirecting to VRGAMES..io bahahhahaha

so maybe something like virtualspend will redirect vrspend or something

you know shit like that.

Yeah virtual is still a strong keyword for a variety of industries so wouldn't surprise me if they're not vr but heh, no crystal ball...

I'm hoping the terms "VR" and "Blockchain" get mashed into:

v r C h a i n .com
v r C h a i n s .com

Is VR (Virtual Reality) The New Kid On The Blockchain?

https://www.forbes.com/sites/gerald...y-the-new-kid-on-the-blockchain/#2e068fa678ff

In dot com..
VRBlockchainGame
BlockchainGameVR
BlockchainVRGame
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Not sure if you guys actually read the article, but it doesn't sound super positive. I think that BC and VR do have a bright future in coming years, as the article suggests...

Yes, I did read the article. And to me it seemed the marriage of the two could be good...(eventually...)

There’s quite a few projects being worked on and shouldn't belong before we start to hear more. I've hear a few rumours about games that are hot right now venturing into the VR Blockchain space but cant be sure.

High Fidelity is making progress with regards Blockchain trading and they are Pilot Testing Sale of HFC for Ethereum.

BeachHead 2020 is a game that’s incorporating the XRP Ledger.

Decentraland is a virtual reality platform powered by the Ethereum blockchain.

TRON (TRX) has Partnered with NeoWorld, Creators of a 3D Virtual World on the Blockchain

https://www.neoworld.io/

Fortnite have already demonstrated that they can facilitate 10 Million players simultaneously at a live virtual concert so who knows what they have in the pipeline. Facebook (Oculus) are heavily involved in VR and Blockchain so they are another one to watch.

These are just a few and there's plenty more if you do a little digging. I think this is a highly underestimated space.

Interesting!!!
I was gonna let VirtualWorldBlockchain / com go....but instead I renewed it! Thinking that was a smart move... But truthfully still trying to figure out this whole blockchain thing. Did I waste my money on the renewal? Should I let it drop?

I’m not sure mate. It’s on the long side. Personally I’d drop.

A lot of time and work has obviously gone into putting together this comprensive and thorough List of Social VR/Virtual Worlds

https://ryanschultz.com/list-of-social-vr-virtual-worlds/

Platforms marked with an asterisk (*) support users in VR headsets. In some cases, VR support is experimental or still in beta.

Platforms marked with a dagger (†) support users in augmented reality (AR) headsets, such as the Microsoft Hololens or the Magic Leap One.
