Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

'Another type of software has seen an increase in sales. In the past 36 hours, popular hentai title VR Girlfriend has seen record sales numbers. In his recent Twitter posting, game creator yunayuna64 posted an update on the game’s performance. Apparently, VR Girlfriend jumped 200% in purchases, likely a direct correlation between it and Oculus Rift sales.

But, gamers like to diversify. Alongside VR Girlfriend, we have Waifu Sex Simulator seeing a similar thrust in revenue. Over 60% to be near exact. Along with increased sales, the hentai-packed game of cathartical relief now has over 20 patrons on Patreon. Undoubtedly, gamers are thrilled by the creator’s craft and wish to see his project reach its proper climax in design.'

ViewingVR dot com
VRsucks dot com
Well, if someone wants to talk sh*t about VR they'll sure have to pay big bucks for VRsucks, muhahaha.
VRMustDie dot com

I went a different direction with anit-VR sentiment, figuring that rather than just talk about it, folks might want to actually prevent access to VR content in certain contexts -- kinda like when people choose to use ad-blockers:

VRblocker
VRblockers
/ com ;)

there is always some chance for average keyword sale... so vrchemicals coudl get you 2-3 figures down the road sometime.. but.. I'd personally not renew any of them.. 2-3 are tm too like the other man said.

I would let them go.

side note:
For people still strongly and actively handregging my word of advice is to chill the f*ck out lol. Look at the daily VR names dropping all from people who over extend themselves, refused to take advice, and chose quantity over quality. There are good members on here who've been doing this for years who give good advice with an actually desire to help you save money and be successful. You can rationalize the mass purchases saying you only bought it for $3 or $4 on promo and the all-to-often stated "Well, you never know xxxCrap.com sold for x,xxx"..... "WELL YOU NEVER KNOW" is not a business plan. That is a horrible way to approach the domaining business.

Treat it like a business and respect every $1 spent. Be smart how you play this game. The forum is your greatest asset. Ask questions. If you see someone post a great name you like- get in touch, ask him/her how'd they get it, use the follow button. Hell, make an offer. I've bought more VR names from members on here then I can count.

I haven't handregged a VR name in almost 8 months because I know how hard it truly is to sell names above x,xxx. I know it's tempting because new tech usage pops up but restraint and basic fundamentals will win out.

What I did when I started was create a list of lets say 500 premium keywords that would go great with VR (some of those names tend to fit most future techs), check availability, make offers, and I got some real steals. I bought some good names from members on here too. And don't be afraid to make offers to other domainers- cash is always king. Take advantage of the ebb and flow of the system. Learn the system first. Respect $1

too late to reg from scratch now..... but thigns worth regfee do drop now and then.. so defintiely take alook there.. but its more and more rare with time too. its only normal VR domains worth having deplete with time.. whether its handregs from scratch or things people let expire.. still its worth checking out expired imo

otherwise, stick to premium keywords .. maybe round 500 like he said... for your 4-6 figure VR sales.. for people or companies with big pockets wanting VR domains.. and then do not forget to keep some average 3 figure stuff around too for "average" sale prices for average joe blow or smaller companies.. they'll need VR domains too.. happened to me and others time and time again.. it'll only increase with time as VR goes more popular.. avarage domains selling for average prices... say 3 figures.. makes sense too... plus sometimes you'll get a nice surprise sale for non premium keyword for 4 figures too! :)

but definitely stop regging stuff from scratch.. it's been too late for that for I'd say about 1 year now... again, for average 3figure sale potential keywords that is.. :) the time to handreg some more premium VR keywords was probably 5-15 years back depnding on word :)

cheers

Grand vr name, congrats, I wish you good luck, one of the best names I've seen around here, certainly deserves a good sale.
