Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

no idea why but one of my domains particularly skyrocketed in visits since few days.
I assume its not bots.. cause its the only one with increase.. generally bots go to many places..

I added VR-Nation too, would be ironic if he owned that too without hyphen. I don't have much hope for them, but as I figured from a lot of you guys, the European market is more open for hyphens, but I know it's a gamble.

I think as VR headsets become untethered look for fitness vr to become more pervasive! But bikes are great though because the cord doesn't really matter.

Just picked up VR FITNESS dot net from the "drops" today. Not a com... but Whoo hoo!!

Went ahead and picked up VirtuelleRealitaet.CH (German for virtual reality) since I already own the .info .net .org as well

Started to notice some increased traffic on my german VR domains but unfortunately I've yet to see any good VR german sales. Honestly think most of the even good names will have to be more of a long term investment... cctld or even .coms

I've only registered a couple German domains... but that was over 10 years ago and I let them expire.... but I've noticed the sales have always been strong... But, I thought .DE was the preferred ccTLD for German words?

.Ch is Switzerland and a good amount of those sales are german words I already have a few german VR domains but I am starting to expand a bit more and try to at least hold them for the next few years. Recently also grabbed SmartphoneVR.de and VRSmartphone(s).de

Ahhhh! Gotcha! That makes sense! German is one of the official languages of Switzerland. Right on, good thinking man!

Virtual Central America
VR Central America
Central America VR

The last one is not getting much traffic, but the first 2 are performing pretty good on the "type-ins".

Just wondering if the same holds true for other regional VR names?

Technology reinvents itself all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if a company creates a VR Widget, thus reinventing what a widget actually is. If that were to happen the name could be worth at least $500 to somebody.

There are a lot of active domain name with Widget+Keyword or Keyword+Widget. Each of these are potential buyers.

Bizarre!!! That's crazy! I know it's the German soccer league and it would be trademarked as such. But to trade mark it as a telecommunications device or 3-D viewer etc. etc. is completely unexpected!

Perhaps you meant a different extension, or unless you are Mikkel.
