Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

Who's got VRsexualassault?

http://nymag.com/thecut/2016/10/woman-sexually-assaulted-by-player-in-quivr-using-htc-vive.html

On a more serious note. I never thought about this, but social VR will be a paradise for perverts to live out their fantasies and grope women and possibly even kids.

:sick::sick:

Would go nicely with your VRMurder.com

I have VRVictimSupport.com VRCompensation.com VRSexOffenders.com

There is actually already a Japanese unmentionable VR game that lets you grope the large bouncy parts of women that come in pairs.

My VRmurder? Not mine.

But it would be cool if haptic sutits get multiplayer feedback so your "victim" can actually feel when you beat them up or shoot them.

Inevitably such a suit will misbehave and kill someone - or did someone hack it? Then a whole new issue of real crimes in vr will come up...

Sorry, my mistake. There was somebody here who showcased it recently.

Be wary of the those 1 in million sales. Do not lets these random sales influence your buying decisions.

‘Vivepaper’ Is HTC’s Immersive Reading Experience That Mixes AR With VR

Based on our recent talk with VP of content, Joel Breton, HTC has plenty of experiences in the works for its Vive VR headset across a wide range of categories. Though you probably wouldn’t have guessed it, one of those categories is virtual reading.

Vive this week announced Vivepaper, an intriguing new VR app developed in partnership with the Chinese-branch of magazine publisher Condé Nast. Rather than simply letting you flick through virtual pages with the Vive wands, the software utilizes the headset’s front-mounted camera, currently used for its Chaperone system, to scan QR codes on a patent-pending paper booklet. That then appears within a virtual world and the user can flick through issues of Condé Nast’s publications, including GQ and Vogue, using tactile and gesture interfaces.

Calm before the storm. Chinese VR market. 5 is a good number here. 5 = 武 Force, power, influence VR Force has a nice ring to it.

I think it will be a while before we see those regular x,xxx to xx,xxx numbers though. But if you don't ask for it, you don't get it in this biz. VR needs to be seen as the exception to this whole CHIP craze. But the fact that end users are already using them in the Chinese market is good news. I sold a VRNN in the x,xxx range about 2 months ago as an upgrade to someone on the list I posted. Got renewals. But relatively quiet except for my premium numerics and the usual lowballs they get.

Curious to know stats from some of our 4 letter VR investors. Traffic, offers, interest etc. Quiet?

5 is a lucky Chinese number if I recall correctly. It's also reminds me of 'high five'.

v5/com was sold to a Chinese end user for an incredible $130K within the last 12 months according to namebio.

I wonder what 'v' meant to him/her.

It seems 4.cn English translation has improved a lot from when I last checked. Just added a few domains there.

Anyone else had offers on the 4.cn before?

They bought it because of the 5 meaning. They produce war games for mobile. The "force" meaning I posted on 5 leans towards "military force" and "war". It's a 2 character name. I thought Version 5 when I see V5. Either ways, you should do well with VR5 . They should be the end user that you wait for imo.
