Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

the problem a year ago was too much good choice.

the problem today is too little good choice.

its exactly same situation guys rgistering things like hotels.com back in 1993 were facing. and then those who wanted to reg hotels.com 10 years after that

seems to me things were way better if you could just type in vrmenu.com at godaddy and then click select to get it for $8.

but yes.. maybe more specualation back then than today. but at same time, do we reaqlly know that much more about vr today than year ago. not sure.

hope you don't mind my asking, but given you got into vr game way before most of us here, did you manage to get some sales on your nice domains? all of us vr newbies here are always dying to know this.

I do not have much on casino and poker, so I wanted to make sure I get at least that one.. even if its kw+vr
I consider gambler keyword to be top of top when comes to casinos and poker. just a personal view.

Totally agree.
I literally joined to the VR domain club, in the "last minute". I had enough time to reg a lot of good names I think, but fascinating to see that after 2 days all the good single worded VR's are almost gone. I still have some on my list, if I gonna have new GD coupons, but many of them are gone. And I guess not many newbies could ride such a huge wave when they start this business. So I feel absolutely lucky.

LOL, I see a few sweet looking domains too that I don't buy because of lack of funds. I hear you, if I see that some domains on my wishlist get taken I feel very relieved, and simultaneously wish that buyer luck and fortune with it. The way I see it, if I see a nice looking domain name and someone else buys it and has success with it later, I think I would feel some of that success too from afar.
