Heres the idea on the site i am currently developing for this domain set.

Similar type of site to youtube,but heres the main differences.

I am going to incorporate a full blogging site,with a video hosting site. Users can blog around their videos,and also hyperlink text in their blog. Basically the hyperlink wont link to a webpage as per normal,but instead to a certain frame in the video.

Heres an example of a hyperlinked vidzblog.

Lets say that you visit the Congo on a research trip into guirilla warfare. You take videos,and write an analysis of your studies. You then post your videos and blog on vidztube. You can now link certain parts of your text to a specific frame in your video.

Any opinions on this? Possible youtube killer?

Any ideas would also be welcome.

Great idea actually, if you can develop it but TBH tube sites all just seem like rip offs of youtube. If you want a "youtube killer" then you need to invent your own brandable name. Does the word tube have any connection with videos apart from youtube?

This came about from the cathode ray tube which standard television sets use (the same as CRT PC monitors)
