There is only 1 sale I can see that is similar to this domain and that is pr7.de was sold in april 09 for $360 (Link contains adult material).

I would say that the .org may not actually hold any more value to the ccTLD listed above so my appraisal would be around low $xxx to mid $xxx to the right end user.

At this time, $xx unless you develop the name (maybe a pagerank checker?) or find the perfect end user. However, I feel in the coming years as .com's start drying up other TLD's will increase in value pretty fast.
