hello, i recently purcahsed a video domain and im now looking to develope the site by placing videos on it. the site will be full of funny videos and other types of vids but no sexual context will be displayed, but will this be legal? can i just take a video of another site and place it on mine? there must be some laws and rights.

yes stealing copyrighted material from anywhere is illegal

Web-Viper is right...but if you get users to submit it...or if you create your own then I believe it is legal if you get in trouble because something was put on just look-up who the member that uploaded it there...
