.mobi Very Strange

Last month I received 347 hits on my 70 parked .Mobi's at Sedo. The majority of these hits happened in the first 2 weeks of March. Since then I have had only 6 hits. Makes one wonder.

Sometimes, I really think those parking companies keep more than their fair share

I really don't think there is much end user traffic at this point. Most traffic right now is bots and other investors. Some days I get next to no traffic, the next day almost every single .mobi I own gets one to two hits. Not to say I think everything at sedo is on the up and up, because it's not.

I noticed a flurry of hits a couple of weeks leading up to the deadline for the traffic auction. Probably investors as Chupacabra noted, no doubt looking for a quick flip.

In addition to the comments above, remember that when you post your mobi sites here, you will get traffic from NP users. A couple weeks ago when I posted a new reg, I got 20 hits on it within hours. It's a no brainer to figure out where the traffic came from..... :bingo:

There's not really much to wonder for any of you. For the first few days in March there were bots or something of that sort hitting our mobi names over and over again, but by the second week the flurry of activity was gone.

Traffic is still steadily increasing but not that crazy fast.

That's what I figured. They could have also been looking to see if our sites are good enough to be added to their directory.
