Pretty much just the domain as I dont have time to work on it.
Good for SEO / rankings so simple software on it can be very valuable.
Options I thought of are affiliate, adsense ( etc ), private ads... Theres quite a few options if you think about it.

Expires on 2018-04-04
Renewal is under $15 at namecheap and it can be transferred
Payment - Paypal but I have other options if needed
