I have to say I have focused so little on .tv over the last couple years for my own portfolio, I had only regged a couple. One name I regged six weeks ago, I just sold for $7,888. Golden Knights dot tv.

I had been following all the NHL mascot names getting bought over the last year and a half. So when the Las Vegas team got approved I made two guesses, one paid off and it was nice to hit one out of the park in .tv it had been awhile to be honest.

Smartly priced. You put it at a number that they wouldn't say no to. A little less than some of the other NHL .tv sales but not so high to not keep them from pulling the trigger or second guessing themselves. Nice.

Yeah I did that purposely Hook, I knew where each sale over the last 18 months was and wanted to make it an easy sale comp.
