Vbulliton geek needed

I need a geek that knows how to install vbulliton sites built around templates that I will provide. Most importantly, they need to be really, really good so that spam does not enter the sites. I like to start forums and allot of them pick up spam so bad.

My old geek, had no idea how to set up filters so that spam cannot get into the forums. I need a geek to install these for me. I give you the domain name, and the template and you set it up for me, design it, and place it on my server and I pay you money!
