I lost my favorite programming geek and now I need one badly.
Basically I need someone to help me create .com ideas by doing exactly what I need. I come up with the idea and then I draft a long word doc of what I need the site to do. YOU figure it out, do what it takes, and get it up and running.

Ideal person will know how to program, design, and make things work and or know how to pan out the work to others in your crew that can make things work. I no longer hire employees and run them and have had great successes in "panning my work out" to others locally, and overseas.
I only design/sell/ and or keep high quality .com's for american consumers so they cannot be template knock-offs and or look alike sites.
Please PM me with three of your latest projects. If I try you out, and it works, then I have about 500 ideas ready to start and I have cash in hand to get it done. I send you a doc of idea, and you tell me what you want to make it work, and or pay as we go deal. It will obviously take time to earn mutual respect and trust, but my reputation is well known and I am looking for my full time geek.
