I am in need of a good computer science, programming geek that is good at developing sites, programming, getting code, if you cant do it finding someone that can.
You need to do top quality work, and have the time to work on large projects.
basically, my geek that I was paying almost 100K a year too just got thrown in Jail in India for something bad and his family is telling me he is not getting out until I grow grey hair, so.....
I need a new geek. Right now, the issue at hand is finishing some sites he started that are very poor in design and functionality.
