Vancouver will be using Vancouver2010.com for the Olympics... but Torino used torino2006.org and London will be using london2012.org... so how much would this .org be worth?

I cannot give you an accurate estimate of how much the domain is worth, but I am very sure it is of an upward of $10,000+ and very likely a lot more.

This one's a very hard call. For example, my friend has torino.com; he received a few tens of thousands of uniques per day during the games... but of course it was all people looking for Olympics info, and since he was not permitted to have anything to do with Olympics on the site, he made peanuts for ppc revenue. Not bad since of course people need to find hotel, restaurant, and other info... but still peanuts, compared to what he could have made with any Olympic ppc content.

your name will still bring some good traffic then, but probably not much ppc revenue if that's what you were thinking. Also the dot.org will take the traffic way down.
I think, if you're creative, there ARE ways to develop your site to make a lot of money then, but it needs a lot of thought put into the choice of links, and a careful wording around anything to do with the big O, and some nice amount of link trading/banner placement between now and then to really build up the presence of your site.
It could be a real cash cow to develop, and it could also be a real cash cow to sell to the right people... anyone in the area (incidentally, I live a 5-hr drive from Vancouver, ha) who has a business that might profit from the O's might want this name for a site. Very hard call with this one. point to remember is you can still get a lot of mileage out of it in the next 4 years, even if you choose to sell it eventually.
Nice name, nice score. Way too much of a wildcard for me to even hazard a guess in value, though.
You might mention it 'for sale' on some Vancouver postings to see if there are any nice offers. www.craigslist.com might be a place to start, just find 'Vancouver' on it under 'Canada' (down the right-hand side of page there's a huge list of countries/cities), and look around for where you'd want to post.. probably in the 'for sale' list, and the 'computers' category there. Good luck.

If no C&D issues raised, this is one of the valuable domain in the future.
Around 2008-2009 it should costs around high $x,xxx to low $xx,xxx.
