Value of Domain Hacks

Here's my question..what is the value of domain hack? I've seen some good domain hack and i was wondering about the value of it. I myself own one and i'm not sure whether or not i should get more. I haven't seen any sale of domain hack. Why do we register domain hack? Is it because the domain looks cool or because there's a potential end user who's willing to buy such domain?

Personally, I don't see any real value for the plural. Same thoughts for tobac.co.uk and domainne.ws

Thanks for your feedback. Why would the plural have no value but only the singular? My thinking is a shop wanting to sell it sells more than only one of the item.

I did not say it has no value at all but comparing it to the singular version it looks a lot weaker. I just compared the search numbers and google results, it is an advantage that there is no hack for barbecue though. Best with it!

Thoughts on these domain hacks. I've had these for many years & thinking if I will keep them or sell them as I'm wanting to raise a bit of cash:

Bedrooms
Denims
Degrees
Nappies
Peliculas - "Movies" in Spanish
Apartamento - "Apartment" in Spanish
(Apartamentos.es sold for $40,587 May 07 Sedo Auction)

As far as I remember .ms domains have a high reg/renewal fee, so I'd suggest to get rid of those asap.
Overall sell those domains if you can, I don't see any bright future for those.

I actually had a $1k offer for Alarms a few years ago but at that time I didn't want to sell it. In hindsight I should've sold it at that time.
