Just wondering what your thoughts are regarding the value of a product domain, specifically tarps dot us.

That is a nice targeted generic term.

Foregoing any website development and with some persistent direct marketing effort, you might be able to sell it to a motivated end user (manufacturer, distributor, retail seller) for mid/high $xxx up to low $x,xxx if you really capture their interest. Pricing to a reseller more like the low-mid $xxx range today.

Tarps.us would go to a reseller for prob mid XX to very low XXX. Don't see much value in it. Don't know any end users dying for keywords like this either so your going to have trouble selling it for alot.

I'm a big fan of product domains. Re. tarps, I'd say low $xxx to re-seller, but low $x,xxx to an end user.
