Value of a domain with SEO in it??

I recently found a 2 word domain with the first word SEO in it.. it's a .com and it's 11 yrs old. The 2nd word along with the First word SEO does make sense.

So I wonder What could be the value? I know this is vague.. but I'm confused if I should buy the domain or not.
