About the only hyphenated domain I can think of is "X-Men.com" Is there any other more valuable than this not taking into account domains with sex, casino or poker.

Just think of locations (e.g. New-York, United-Kingdom, United-States) that require two words or keywords that always go together and have high paying commission based income. (e.g. mortgage-broker, real-estate, Credit-Cards, Online-Advertising, Options-Trading)
In order for hyphen domains to be valuable, they don't necessarily have to be two words (or a phrase) that actually require a hyphen. Online-Pharmacy.in went for $1,672 at Sedo while Giga-Byte.ru went for over $2.5k. Good keywords will fetch good prices. The key is that search engines don't take into account hyphens so that helps them out plus they are still good names that offer a cheaper alternative to the real thing.
The reason why I say "X-Men" is the most valuable of the lot is because the original and complete title is named as "X-Men" with the "-" as part of the name. The rest of the names like "New-York" or "online-pharmacy" is written as "New York" and "online pharmacy" in our everyday lives.
There were at least 4 domains with a hyphen sold at www.Sedo.com in 2005, and reported in www.DnJournal.com . Each one of these domains sold for over $12,000!!!! (one of them $11,991). They were:
Geld-Verdienen.de $12,351
Anti-Virus.de $12,241
Digital-Tv.co.uk $12,007
Cours-Particuliers.com $11,991
Each one of these sale can be verified on DnJournal.com .
So, it looks like a person can make some good money, even if a domain has a hyphen! Not only that, but it doesn't even have to be a .com!!! I have sold 4 domains with a hyphen, but all for small bucks ($250 or less)
For what it's worth, I completely disagree with conventional wisdom on hyphen names. Sure you're not going to get much type in, but as a user browsing search engine results I'm much more likely to be drawn to
orlando-family-vacations.com than orlandofamilyvacations.com. In the stock market, when a particular sector with good fundamentals is out of favor, the smart people buy. Maybe I'm wrong and time will tell, but I'm buying good hyphen domains like crazy right now. The fact that a lot of the names I spin are held by some of the big players such as marchex only helps confirm this.
