How about balloons? Prepare atleast 5. Have someone give her the 4 first balloons, you'll be holding the 5th and last one. Tie a necklace or bracelet to this balloon. She'll be surprised as she claims this last one from you.

the problem is that i already did such stuff on previous unimportant occasions, and in the biggest occasion i dont want to show less quality

What about hiring private a serenade, somebody with a violin? Have a chocolate sculpture made of of her, and then surprise her with it? Rent a sailboat with a discrete skipper, and spend the night on the waves....

Those are a few. To be honest, I don't do Valentines, but I'm good with anniversaries.

This is easier if you live with them but this is what i am doing

I will be leaving a trail of clues and smaller gifts that lead to the bigger gift.

This works great as the anticipation grows as they have to search for the items you have hidden for them and also, as the gifts get better, they wonder what else is next.

mine ends with a gift certificate to a local spa for a spa day.
leading up is a box of chocolate, candles, scented bubble bath, pedicure/manicure kit, and nail polish and such.

That way monday night when she gets off work she can indulge herself until i get home and then go out and be professionally pampered whenever she wants to
