Before a couple of days I reg. VoipPhone dot co

The exact searches for this keyword are about 33 000
According keywordspy - CPC is 11 USD.
Even for voip phone company the CPC is 22 USD and there are PPC Advertisers.

What is your opinion for value?

Also I have checked affiliate programs as:

Maybe it is best to be developed, but for this keyword is hard to be on 1-st google page.

Decent but as above, the value would have been in the .com domain. I am a fan of .co but it isn't the "best thing since sliced bread".
