UofT is indeed popular for University of Tetc..

nearly one million result for uoft on Google, promising 4 letter name, even with the .org.
uoft get 22 searches, so you probably doing fine on parking revenue.

My estimate for wholesale value is around Low$XXX

Being a Canuck, the first thing that pops in my mind is: University Of Toronto. It is often referred to as U of T.
