Nice compilation - I think that most of them are true.

I should tack a copy of that up next to my desk. I need constant reminders of 2,5,8, and 9, in particular. :tu: Tx

When I was putting together the Dotcom Ten Commandments (three nights ago), it dawned on me that I need to take 4, 5 and 9 serious

Nice!
Thanks, NJ. :tu:

PS. Do you think, particularly looking ahead, it would be prudent to add (or amend) to this one, #7.) If you do not tell them they won’t come – marketing and advertising ... along the lines of SEO, etc? Effectively ranking one's simple and consise message (website) with one's specific "keywords" / location / demograpics / target audience within Google, for one, and depending upon the niche, online business model, product/service can potentially garner more clients than "word of mouth" and referrals combined (in the more traditional, "If you do not tell them they won’t come" IMHO). :gl:

Just a two sense, curious as to your (and others') thoughts on this aspect. :talk:
Thanks, kindly.

How about (IF it was the "Eleven Commandments"):

11. Work on your SEO - online marketing and promotions.

Something like that?
Anyway, thanks again NJ.

A new commandment I give to you, Don't ever refer to your Dotcom business as a Dotcom.

Looking back again...
If you do not tell them they won’t come - Should be #1

I'm going to add #12 to the list

12. Be patient. It will help when selling domain names, developing websites, and living life in general.

Sometimes, I am not patient - with my work, my girlfriend, my family - or whatever. It's frustrating, but if you can control it, you'll be much happier down the road.
