Unique Design needed for a small equity business

I am working on a project that involves a small private equity company.

The website must be the most professionally clean looking site. To give a sense of direction, the website will be a merge of the NYSE and londonstockexchange. The interface will look something similar to the londonstockexchange layout.

I need a design that will include a CMS system, RSS/Web crawlers section, Members login section, calendar/event section and a few other sections.
