Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

The only one solution here...
Sell your domains just using simple Contact Form - the volume of non-payers is minimal in this mode.

not really we do both and even when we still invoice them many still don't pay its the way it goes just move on to the next one....

I have finished my 1st escrow transaction with Undeveloped.
The only one suggestion: please don't disclose the domain names and other details in comments for your bank wires.

Just for comparison, this is what I had in Bank statement for wires from Payoneer Escrow:
"PAYONEER ESCROW PAYMENT # XXXXX". And that's all. No any details were disclosed.

When agreement is reached and waiting for payment - the domain is disabled to receive any other buyers...
~1 week or longer you can't sell it due to such idiots...
The same on Sedo.
And that's why Contact Form is the best way.

Contact support. They readily cancel non-paying transactions at your request.

click on the name you sold to edit it

then uncheck the SOLD box .. and its back on market

literally 10 mins ago some troll made 1$ on my name. I countered 1500$ and he clicked accept

obviously I don't expect him to pay. so 1 minute later I went to remove the checkbox SOLD

now its back on market for more leads and offers.. while the guy can still pay.. but I highly doubt it.

so this is great option!

I don't see how to insert comment... only amount...

You need to make the counter offer first. Then immediately, there is an option to send a message where you can type in the message/comment. So the buyer will see the counter offer followed by the comment.

I've had 7 non-paying buyers in the last few months. Its very frustrating.

Looks that I also met my 1st non-payer at Undeveloped... from Brazil.
$2.2K offered for LLL.me and not paid... almost 5 days elapsed already.

as far as I know their escrow team needs some time to check payment. which is never really instant. but they are fast and how fast depends on buyer history and payment method... and no work on weekends for escrow team from what I recall.

obviously, they won't be asking you to push or transfer before the verification is done.

They don't work at night only work in the daytime in there time zone...

You will have to wait they don't do this instant

Actually, I received the "payment received with invoice" mail, 15mins after I reached an agreement with the buyer (inbound). Then they asked which I would prefer: Push or Auth code. I told them push at GoDaddy and asked for the details.

That was 6hrs ago and I'm yet to hear from them
