Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

I'm completely sick of people not paying for domains on undeveloped. I feel that undveloped should give control to the seller to cancel transactions when they ask to. There should be a button or something @Undeveloped I've said tons of good things about your company everywhere recommended you to all my peers. but I'm fuming mad that I cant control when I want to cancel. If the buyer doesnt pay in a few days or the day he says he will I should be able to cancel.I dont want to be held up for weeks this is nonsense
Guys try to be helpful. You are not aware of the facts. Stay on topic.
@imadoer - your feedback was received the first time and replied to last week.
Did you know you can "Unsold" domains since 2014? You head to the domain overview page, click on edit and uncheck the "Was it sold?" option, hit save and you're done. The for sale page is back online.

Domaining is just a side-business for me, I'm mainly in UX and UI. Last year I sold a domain + website on @flippa_marketplace, and it's been really disappointed because they didn't (still don't?) have a real escrow: just a kind of moderated private-room. I'm still asking myself what I paid for.
After reading about Undeveloped here and there a few days ago I decided to have a look and ended up on moving all of them from Sedo and Flippa.
UI is stunning: easy to understand, informative, reassuring, clean. Honestly is it's a job I wanted to do as a developer, so my compliments to the "collegue" in charge.
Signup procedure is idiot-proof, same like the way you can add domains. So 10/10 here too.
I'm having an issue to point a domain registered at @Internet.bs to @Undeveloped's NS. They're actively trying to figure out how to fix together with the other side. Not a common behaviour nowadays, so I'm happy with that regardless of the result.
Suggestion now. Currently in the "For Sale page" settings there is an option to "Show [other] domains" and one to "Not show anything". I think there are pros and cons. Do you want to reveal you are a domain broker? Go for the the 1st. Do you want to make it looks like you're selling it because you don't need anymore (yes, an "undeveloped" case)? Go for the second. Between the two I prefer the latter because I prefer not looking like a speculator, if you know what I mean. Anyway I wish I find a 3rd option: show related domains.
Related domains should be like a related posts in a blog: you are interested in the this, so maybe you are interested in these too. Example: yourbusiness.com sell page would also show yourbusiness.net and yourjob.com. I mean nothing more has to be shown, so the visitor focus on what really does matter and not on random unrelated domains. How do you think?
Replied to? No kidding. Did you come up a solution at that point no. Did you give a suggestion no. You just pointed this out now. NO I didnt not no you can UNSOLD DOMAINS I DONT THINK ANYONE DID had you pointed this out last week we would be having this conversation again huh
Take it easy. Why are you snarky? The upper text shouldn't have gone through as my PO pointed out to me that the solution you and others are looking for was already built in the first version of Undeveloped.
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. The current flow is the highest yielding flow, designed to get the maximum revenue in for you. I understand fake bidders are annoying but I think it's more important to get in maximum revenue rather than minimum fake offers.
Regardless, if other sellers can get involved and vote on the following we'll make something happen:
1: Would you like to cancel a sale completely? So no payment can be collected anymore as the transaction is entirely canceled.
or 2: Would you like to have the option to relist a domain that's under "agreement reached", while keeping the transaction still active?
Like this post, if you prefer option 1 or submit a thank if you prefer option 2.
PS: I feel I have to repeat this strongly to make sure this piece of information isn't lost. The higher the barrier for buyers to submit an offer, the lower your conversions and the less total revenue you make.
We see fake offers (mostly from unsavvy Internet users that have no idea they're buying a domain) as a given because you can't control what Internet users do.
In the end, ask yourself if you'd rather have 10 fake offers and 2 legit ones or 5 fake offers and 1 legit one? The harder we make it for users to place a bid, the lower your conversions will get. The faster we or you cancel a transaction, the lower the chance of our team still getting the payment in for you.
Kind regards,
Reza

i notice for a while now that each time i visit any lander for first time after i reboot my device... it takes very longtime for page to show anything..it just stays blank for like few secs...after first load then its fast..but obviously as we know most if not all potential buyers always visit our lander for first time..and most do it once only so its important the delay not be there at all..
any idea why?
im refering to regular fast updated android fone..latest chrome etc.. working fine and fast on all other sitea

Same experience.
Hi Alcy,
Based on the above information I can't pinpoint what causes that but I suspect it has something to do with your local setup. We've invested a lot of time and resources in the past months to make the for sale pages load very fast and the caching happens on our servers so you shouldn't see any delays, even if you delete your own cache.
Kind regards,
Reza
By the way, are you guys referring to when visiting a recently parked domain for the first time? Because if so, there's indeed a delay because we have to real-time generate the SSL certificate upon the very first visit.
There's a small delay caused by this (SSL generation) which we have zero influence on and can't accelerate.
Kind regards,
Reza

well yes that is true...me to i do bodis redirect...
still i use bodis redirect for every other lander too..and works good
i guess u will tell me to point dns to u direct but for me and many others this is not really prefered
so i hope u can still try to fix it
Hi Masvil,
Welcome on board and thank you for your feedback about the related domains. We currently show popular other domains there because almost all smaller portfolios won't have relevant names to show that match the original domain. So we do try to show relevant names but often there are none in the account of the seller.
That feature also has some SEO value to consider, portfolio's that enable crosslinking seem to get better indexing at the major search engines like Google.
Kind regards,
Reza
Can you PM me more details? If you're redirecting from Bodis, the first load time is that of Bodis until the redirect is established then Undeveloped takes over.
How fast does this page (https://antiwet.com) load for you when you visit it?
not any answer about my 3 words: https://www.namepros.com/threads/undeveloped-com-experience.893201/page-57#post-6979457
