Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

Mmm, IP databases aren't always accurate, this is one of those cases. This should be more of an edge case than the norm. Normally, US sellers won't see the EUR equivalent.

Hi WizardUK,

One of the search instances went down for a not yet known reason. This took down the entire infrastructure. There was a quick fix possible but it took a bit longer than is acceptable to implement the fix due to both of our stand-by sys-admins not being reachable. Apologies for the inconvenience and the downtime caused by this.

We've already planned to move a part of our vital infrastructure to a kubernetes setup so we can automate fixing server issues like this one when they occur.

Definitely works well in that range.

would be very helpful if you could release some stats regarding categories of the names, sellthrough % for those, pricing sweet spots, recommended minimum offer amount etc.

It would help to make my mind up to move close to 1000 names to your platform.

He's a domain investor and domain investors distribute their inventory among marketplace. Officially Efty isn't a marketplace so it does make sense. Let's not jump to conclusions too soon. I'm pretty sure Doron is proud of the product he and Lionel have built .

Hi Hugo,

It varies how fast we can perform open tasks based on how many transactions have to be processed. To give you an impression, we've processed 9 times more transactions in September than we processed in the same month last year. But do we accept things slowing down? No, that's not our style . There are big improvements incoming soon regarding this subject.

We're not that far away to finalize the first implementation of DAN (Domain Automation Network). Once that's live, you'll experience a significantly faster escrow and payout process.

We have to enable new features powered by DAN in modules so in the coming months we'll continuously improve the entire escrow process. If your domains don't have any hard transfer restrictions, like a 60-day lock, often DAN will transfer the domain automatically to his own registrar on the same day and pay you out directly upon securing the domain. If you're using our own registrar (launching also soon) or a registrar that allows you to expedite the transfer that would mean you'd get paid the same day.

The best performing option is BIN + Installments enabled or BIN only (significantly less good as BIN + installment though).

However, do keep in mind that a lot of variables can influence your sale ratio. For example, a BIN listing + Installment at an unreasonable price will still yield not that great results. So it's important to have a proper pricing strategy in place when you opt for the BIN model.

One thing I wish we could get on undeveloped is if we could have individual landing page visits organized by ip location. I want to see where my views are coming from, or at least be able to source traffic on my landers via Google analytics. It's not a big deal or anything it would just be cool to have/ be able to analyze.
