Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

I just rejected a counter offer of $10,000 for a 4L .com via Undeveloped.com, I contacted them (Undeveloped.com) 2 times during 3 days and I don't have any feedback until now. I don't know what happened there.

We have no support ticket open for longer than 9 hours at the moment. Harsh also mentioned something about not getting a response. I'm not sure which communication channel you use but if you use the official support system when logged in, it's impossible to not get a response for 3 days.

I would like the ability to send a second offer

The seller should be in control

The option to revoke your counteroffer is already built and is currently being tested before it launched in production. So soon you'll be able to do this.

Does buyer get notice that our counter offer is going to expire soon, or when excactly?
Just happened to me that my counter offer expired, but I didn't send new counter because initial offer was too low. Didnt' want to push potential buyer.

Yes, the buyer is informed when the counteroffer expires and we send them then a message advising them to place a new counteroffer to keep the negotiations flowing.

By the way, I read some reports that our support doesn't answer here while we can't see any delays in response time.

Since three weeks ago we've even hired weekend support so we've scaled-up our support not the other way around.

As for my experience on Undeveloped I'm satisfied with their support .. they are very realistic .. they handling things in a smooth way ..
Actually, I didn't make any sales yet via their platform .. but I feel comfortable with them ..

Hopefully in future, they focusing on Middle East and supporting Arabic language .. also to add more payment method such as Payoneer and another Escrow gateways ..

Also, to study the availability to allow sellers to get benefits and revenues from parking pages .. or at least allow them to insert affiliation banner etc ,,

I really wishing a great luck for them .. since they are awesome staff ..

Same here. Must be an error. My daily count went up 12x in just one day.
Its still going up. If I click on a domain that showed 354 last night, it now shows 476. That domain usually gets 10-12 views a day.

same man, these stats are increasing every second, now over 40K.

same is happening with a few other domains too,

Hi guys,

We're aware of this issue. It's caused by a change we implemented two days ago. We're looking for a solution as we speak.

We're getting targetted by some pesky bot networks that keep changing their strategy. Most of them if not all are automated. Sanitizing traffic is a constant cat and mouse game. If we want to win that game we have to assign a dedicated team to it. At the moment that's not plausible, especially because the (negative) impact of this on your sales is zero.

Also, we launched the option to add your own Google Analytics tracker for this reason so you can collect your own traffic stats and implement whatever filters you want.

Right now the visit numbers are useless. Either zero them out or reload a backup.
Since daily views are a rolling 30 day total, if you do not zero them out then the rest of the month is going to be garbage numbers for comparing to last month or looking for trends...

True at the moment its very odd and confusing with numbers im sure a fix can be done asap ?

I think they decided to stop allocating resources to filtering bots right from when they introduced GA... Those unbelievable numbers didnt just start yesterday or the day before. People just noticed because it got worse. I had 50 views yesterday and none of those views was tracked by my GA .

Maybe undeveloped should shut down that aspect of there website or start allocating resources to take care of bots.... The latter will be great for them.

Let me put it this way: would you prefer us to drop everything we're now working on and work 3 months on traffic sanitation? or would you rather have us launch domain rentals next week and the other more impactful items? This is how we prioritize what we work on.

In product development, it's all about finding the right balance and with all the information we have, the decision to invest heavily in traffic sanitation is just not as impactful for your bottom line.

We launched the option to use Google Analytics instead so you can have an alternative stats reporting source but that doesn't mean that we won't implement improvements on our own traffic reporting. We'll enhance it but I just want to be as realistic as possible to you guys and provide context why we make some decisions.

Totally agree with you on this one, however I assume you refresh traffic stats once a day, if that is case what is that time so that we can align GA accordingly.

I think besides bot filters another reason for different stats could be difference in time periods, cheers!

It would be nice to add installment option to the item "add new lead"

By the way, this is an incredibly great option. Recently I sold 3 domains by adding new customer which I found through outbounds. And one more request, in this case I had the same client and I had to fill out this form three times for each domain. It would be great to add the ability to specify multiple domains at once.

I have used Undeveloped now for a few months. I'm pleased with the service, the platform is nice and simple and the support is also very good.

One thing I'd really like is to have an option to change the currency for each domain, since when you have a large portfolio of different tlds, showing $ or ยฃ for say europe domains could be offputting. I'm sure this has been raised before and I'd really like it to have this feature.

hello,

I have many domains in "transactions" status which have been sold but the payment have been never received. Some domains have been sold more than 3 months ago. I would be nice to close the transaction and relist the domain for sale if you dont receive the money after a few weeks and/or if the buyer dont provide any answer to your payment reminder.
