My problem was a page error but this appears to be fixed now.

Try clearing your browser cache, this happened to me before also and at the same time I couldn't use drop-down menus at the top.

Just read the posts again and understood them a little more clearly, what I posted was if you can't open the rep window or open the dropdown bars.

You can't leave several reps to the same person withing a specific timeframe.

I just gave reps to many people and it worked fine except for "mellowmasher" coz it said

Edited: Infact I was too sleepy and was trying to give rep to 2nd post by mellowmasher in the same thread. So it is proved that there is no bug in the system :D

I think its with the calculation part. The system is working fine, but the way it works is not clear. Maybe its got to do with how many rep point one has, they are limited to that many outgoing reps???
