Live Chat - Rep System?

Hey,

Ok, so, i am rather active in the live chat.

I have noticed alot of people helping each other out, helping solve their problems and such, but the users don't tend to give rep'.

I know this may be hard to do, but, do you think you could intergrate the rep system into the chat? It would be more convenient, therefore, people that truely deserve rep will get it.

Meh, just a suggestion.

I just find a random post by the person and give them rep, just include what it's for.



I doubt it can be done easily..but it's all good ah?

I normally just go find a post and add rep and say why. I also help in the chat and rarely get rep but thats fine. Having a way to add rep in the chat would make it easier but it would probally really hard to add that feature.

That would probably be really hard to add, and it wouldn't get used as much as it should. But I do like the idea.

Maybe it could be done using AJAX. That would be cool.

I like that idea though, but I'm no PHP expert, so I don't know how feasible it is.
