Unable to cancel Auction at Dropcatch

I recently auctioned off about 30 names one of the names that i listed i didn't mean to auction i contacted @JBubba and called there support(no available customer support agents) is there anything else i can do to cancel the auction ? Mind you it has zero bids
Please help ^^ it is one of my best names
