Unable to change DNS for GoDaddy close out Domain

Hello house, please how do I resolve the above subject. GoDaddy keeps rejecting my DNS change after a domain bought through close out was transferred to me.

I have tried reaching the auction unit via email and they referred me to their general support which has no email address. The chat option there is not activated and there lines aren't giving me any resolution as it kept telling me to dial one number to the other while exhausting my airtime.

Please kindly come to my aid as I am been frustrated when I can't have control of my domain name.

Note: I have tried reaching out through their auction support severally to avail me the general support e-mail address but they keep referring me to the chat and phone lines.

The chat is not activated ( it displays "chat loading" endlessly). The calls aren't going through.
