I’m the owner of www.Homebuyers1.com and back in the beginning of our development I was ready to blow this out because I’ve done this "Flip this house" thing since I was 20, however only on a small scale; I own a Heating and Air Company, 3 Subways, 2 car washes, www.mycomputerstore.com and I’m currently in a Growth spurt of my Nextel Premium Dealership. I’ve got a full plate as of now and will not be able to spend the time to launch this…so I’m just trying to recover some of my capital.
