UDRP filed against KQ.com

It looks like a UDRP was filed against KQ.com at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the complainant is listed as Kenya Airways Limited. The case is WIPO Case D2016-0153.

The domain name appears to be owned by a registrant based in China. If you visit KQ.com, you will see a message in Chinese, and after a short while, the domain name forwards to wangxin.com.
KQ.com has a registration date of February 26, 1996. I searched through my email history, and I see the domain name appears to have been listed for sale back in 2011, although I am not sure if it sold. NameBio does not show any historical sales data for KQ.com.

Only probable reason I'd think of why complainant filed UDRP is a negotiation gone sour with domain owner. Owner has 3L, 3N, 4L , etc .. If that's not an indication they're invested and won't go for low 7figure per domain ... What else can it be.
