Whoever registers .CN domain names, please take note of the latest requirement from CNNIC!
This is an announcement from CNNIC recently:
China Internet Network Infomation Center
If you do not supply your supporting documents to them after registration, your name will be deleted, please take note.
They made the announcement on 11th Dec and the regulations were executed effective 14th Dec. However, no details were given about refund. Imagine if I have registered my .CN domain on 14th Dec and I'm not aware about this regulation (don't have sufficient time for preparation as previously document is not required), which I might need time to get the document (especially big corps with bureaucracies), then I will have risk losing my domain and fees that I have paid.
CNNIC has taken a move without much considerations, they shouldn't have done this.
